Depending on the payment method, the payment confirmation can take up to 1 day. 4. Arrival/departure Arrival is flexible by arrangement. Regular arrival is approved from 2 p.m.; and departure is expected by 11am. 5. Stay 5.1 Use is limited to the guests specified in the booking; additional guests will be charged additionally according to our price list. Subletting or subletting is not permitted. 5.2 In the event of violations of the terms and conditions or the house rules, the landlord is entitled to terminate the tenancy immediately and without notice. There is no legal entitlement to repayment of the rent or compensation. 6. State of affairs The apartment is in a cleaned condition upon arrival. Any damage noticed by the guest must be reported to the landlord immediately. Violations of the house rules or general terms and conditions entitle the landlord to terminate the tenancy without notice, damages, repayments are the responsibility of the landlord. The furnishings of the holiday apartment are to be treated with care and use outside of the holiday apartment is not permitted. In the event of non-contractual use of the holiday apartment, such as subletting, overcrowding, disturbance of the peace in the house and non-payment of the full rental price, the contract can be terminated by the landlord without notice. In this case, any payments already made by the tenant remain with the landlord. The lessee can regulate any damage settlement with his liability insurance; the lessor must be informed of this, stating his name and address, as well as the insurance number of the insurance company. The holiday apartments are non-smoking rooms, in the event of a violation of the smoking ban, the necessary cleaning of the odors must be carried out by the tenant. 7. Pets The accommodation of pets of any kind is allowed with the consent of the landlord. In the event of non-compliance, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement without notice and to have a professional cleaning carried out at the expense of the tenant. 8. Travel Cancellation In the event of withdrawal from the rental agreement, the tenant is obliged to pay part of the agreed price as compensation. A cancellation must be made in writing. The amount of compensation depends on the time up to the day of arrival and is calculated as follows: • 7-28 days before the day of arrival 50% of the agreed rental price • 0-6 days before the day of arrival or in the event of no-show 90% of the agreed rental price 9. Withdrawal by the landlord The landlord reserves the right to withdraw from the rental contract in cases of force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances that make it impossible to fulfill the rental contract. In this case, liability is limited to reimbursement of the rental price. In the event of justified withdrawal, the lessee is not entitled to compensation. Liability for travel and hotel costs is excluded. 10. Lessor Liability The landlord is liable as part of his duty of care as a prudent businessman for the proper availability of the rental property. Liability for failures or disruptions in the water or power supply as well as events and consequences of force majeure are hereby excluded. The landlord is only liable for things brought in by the guest within the framework of the statutory provisions. 11. WiFi Usage 11.1 The holiday apartments have Internet access via WLAN. The tenant receives the access information from the landlord upon arrival. He allows the tenant to use the WLAN access for the duration of his stay in the rental property. 11.2 If the landlord becomes aware of the illegal use of the WLAN access (file sharing, pornography, etc.) by the tenant, he will immediately exclude the tenant from using it and inform the authorities about the misuse. 11.3 The landlord is not liable for failures in WLAN or
